This hot selling Glass Straight Line Angle-changing Polishing Machine is used for rough and fine grinding and polishing of the bottom edge, slope of different angle and arris of flat glass. The machine can realise two functions of one machine,grinding straight edge and level edge (45°) at the same time. Realise automatic wheel change, after operating on the screen, the grinding wheel will automatically exit to allow users to replace the grinding wheel, after successful replacement, directly after operating on the screen, the machine will automatically calculate, so that the grinding wheel will automatically return to the corresponding position. Adopting double pendulum angle design and driven by servo motor, precise control of pendulum angle stroke.
It adopts chainless transmit plate to transfer glass, with stable transmission and high grinding precision. PLC and HMI are adopted for control and display, operator can present the thickness of glass to be processed, edge slope and processing speed.
