The 1 point: from the structure point of view
1, bearing machine front and rear tracks using bearings and plywood rolling operation, smooth running, strong load-bearing capacity (1 m can carry 350kg of glass).
And the front and rear tracks of chain machine adopt plastic plate friction type operation.
2, bearing machine and chain machine front and rear beams are made of high grade cast iron which is strong and not easy to be deformed, but the material used in chain machine is much less compared with bearing machine.
3, bearing machine left and right column adopts one-time molding cast iron（Take our company's equipment as an example）, eliminating the chain machine segmented column is easy to produce vibration.
The 2 point:from the point of view of the service life of the machine
1、Due to the bearing machine with solid materials, structure is more stable, in the routine maintenance of the bearing machine service life can be as long as years 20 or more.
2、The chain machine, however, because of the use of plastic plates, friction type of operation, operation is equivalent to plastic and iron friction, in the case of force is easy to wear out the front and rear plate of the work of the rubber surface. After a period of use will affect the quality of glass grinding, precision and size requirements

1、In a long time of use, the chain machine wants to achieve the effect at the beginning, need to replace the front and rear plastic splints plainly.
2、Bearing machine in the reasonable maintenance, is always able to maintain a stable effect.
Finally how to make a choice?
1、If you have very high requirements for glass, is to do boutique or similar to the showcase or similar to the glass of five-star hotels at the same time your budget is relatively sufficient, we recommend that you choose the bearing machine.
2、If you do not have high requirements for glass, a little diagonal deviation is acceptable, I recommend you to choose chain machine.
Of course, with the development of the market, the customer's requirements for the glass will slowly become higher, people will continue to pursue better, more worthy of things.
